Frankies is located 12 miles north of Columbia,
SC in the town of Irmo. This location has a
bit of everything when it comes to entertainment. After you have
participated in the batting-cages, bumper boats, go-carts, & laser tag you
can move to my favorite Mini-Golf. There are three courses making this a
54 hole golf center, but all three courses are virtually the same (although
rumor has it that course 3 is the hardest). The brick walls around each
hole can sometimes leave you with an unfair bounce but that just adds to the
challenge. While playing be sure to soak up the atmosphere because it is
nice and fairly well maintained.

By far the premier of the Myrtle Beach
courses to me at least, for several years running. It may not have the
"steam" effects of some of the copycat courses that have sprung up
but the water hazards remain the best around. I prefer Blackbeard
to the Captain Hook course but both are good.
